DIET:
3 Bags of peanuts per day.
1 Cherry Slurpee.

( Note you can replace with your favorite drink)
Here in Thailand on the Island of Koh Pha Ngan, it is very hot, and an ice slushy or
Slurpee from the 7-11 is good. Funny 7-11s are everywhere in Thailand.

 

 

 

STEP TWO

LOOK AT PHOTO AND DREAM:
This is the beach on Had Rin Rai on the Island of Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand.
Beautiful women, sun, and surf.
Great place to meet beautiful people and enjoy life.

If you are FAT... This will NOT   happen.

Eat your
3 Bags of peanuts per day.

LOOK AT ANOTHER PHOTO

If you are FAT...
This will NOT happen.
Except in your dreams.

 

 

STEP FOUR - HOW IT WORKS

This diet works !

Why... Motivation and easy.

What you do is eat the peanuts WHOLE.
Do not take the shell off. This is different, and a bad
or good habit I learned in college. But nonetheless.
Eat them whole.

THIS WILL CLEAN YOU
A little protein,
A lot of fiber.
A trip to the euphenism.

CUT
Get cut.?
This is weight lifter terms for when the different muscles of the body
are CUT or defined perfectly . You can see the actual muscles as
the protrude out of the body.

SIMPLE AND EASY
Unlike most diet. This is so simple anyone can follow it.
Make sure you look at the photos and dream.

If you are having extreme problems. Go to Thailand.
Lay out the beach next to a CUT person and look
at the beautiful people of the world.
