This is an interesting question: personally I would live on a cruise ship for a year and truly see the world, while being able to return to the sanctuary of the ship. Also, someone who has sailed on 6 Transatlantic crossings, which includes South America, Panama, the Canary Islands, etc. I can't wait to try river cruising in Europe, China, India, and Egypt. It is so nice to come back to a safe place, that moves to different destinations, without having to endure the problems of land/air travel.

I have spent 10+ years as a member of flyertalk.com and have l learned a great deal about travel. A Priority Club membership for you, would be of great benefit to you, based on the amount of time you spend in airports. A recent experience with a unexpected 5+ hour stay at the Madrid airport, the dark flat/beds at the airport lounge was fantastic. Included in the deal is snacks and drinks. I am a firm believer that getting there is all the fun. The destination is much less important to me, than voyage.
