Yep, I think the additives are a big problem for most of us. I almost always cook our meals and rarely use processed, packaged foods. We are both doing OMAD but not keto, but not really carb loaded meals. Sorta balanced. That way we can eat pretty much what we want, but mostly stay away from processed. We eat one plate of food a day at 5pm and liquids through the day. My mind works better and I sleep like a log.
