My Friend Romaric Lives in 20 US Dollar Per Month Apartment in Kara, Togo West Africa
What about the toilet commode?
I could happily live in that apartment.
Does an American need a visa to visit Togo? If so, do you get it before arrival or at the airport upon arrival, and how long can you stay in the country?
I should have went back, I will go see where the toilet is located. I do not like to make long vides of Africa, less than a 1 in 500 chance anyone reading is going to Africa, but I make the videos for awareness or reality pricing. We can always live at the same price as locals, we do not need to just pay tourist, expat bend over prices. I can live on Lake Atitlan for 50 dollars per month, and I can repair, fix up the room to my standards. Americans get 7 days on arrival, and we get an extension of one year Visa. We get the visa the airport for 30 dollars, which pays also for the year. You get a one year, multiple entery for USA, but France gets 30 days, so I know American mostly.
It's surprising the number of Australians I met and some still know that have been to Africa. Your blog has renewed my interest and I plan to travel Central Africa+ once I retire in Thailand (5 or so years away)
