Another major source of mold etc, is large ice machines. Very rarely are cleaned properly even in 5 star hotels so guests are drinking dirty contaminated beverages. I try to stay away from ice as well as A/C if I can.

In the last year, my whole perspective on becoming sick has changed. Before, I thought we caught a specific disease, because we were exposed to one. Now, I believe that we are in a constant battle with all of the diseases at the same time. The body defends by having great fuel (food), and proper blood flow. (Exercise) against the forces of disease, which gain strength with bad hygiene (dirty body), or bad sanitation. (Example dirty ice machine.) When there balance is out of whack, and there is too much dirt, (bacteria, virus) for a weak body that has been eating wrong foods, like carbohydrates, sugars, and an overabundance the forces are out of balance, and the disease finds foot hold. I was having small infections that got bad enough I used anti-biotic two year ago. Now when I am getting an infection, like a chest infection I have just recently acquired. (Dust in Africa.) I do not eat sugar, I eat bread a little, grains. When sick, I now stop eating any bread, or grains, or carbohydrates, because they are the food for bacteria. Then change my body chemistry to more base, or acid by eating turmeric, ginger, baking soda, peppers, and garlic. It works this reinforces the body, stops the sugar imbalance, and allows the body to win the fight. This is why being overweight it so bad for health, it is too much sugar, hard to become overweight eating just beef, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish (Atkins diet) but nothing more fun than the rush of a donut, it is an addiction.
