Jeffrey 29 Single to Visit Colombia, To Work, To Find Wife
For a friendly clarification of English teaching, I think you are right about teaching English in Latin America. A TEFL course requires 28 days and is an awesome investment. Remember, after you get a job you have to perform the work, which is much easier if you have had some training. Yes, the British have a better program, the CELTA, which is like TEFL on steroids (no partying during the 4 or 5 week course!). And one of these certificates, plus some kind of bachelor's degree, is required for the "good" jobs in the better schools. However, it would not be hard to get some kind of job anywhere with nothing other than native English and a positive personality. There are tons of English schools everywhere. You can make enough money to get by but you are NOT going to make enough to look like a great catch - you will win affection on your personality. Don't worry too much about the low salaries. You will earn about double what an average worker makes and can get by with a simple lifestyle.
Hello, immigration to another country can be upward mobility. I am wondering what percentage of English students want to emigrate to the USA?
