A lot of people want to talk, it is easy.
How to Be Friends With Me On Lake Atitlan Guatemala Andy Lee Graham?
Looking forward to meeting you this winter Andy...and yes I hope you are still there when I arrive because you will be the only person I will kind of know because of this site...and yes I will be looking for some advise because I will be looking for a place to stay for maaybe six months or close to that. Being a Canadian pensioner I will have to be very frugal and you will be the guy to help with that. That being said I never expect nothing for nothing and will be very willing to show my appreciation for any help you send my way.
P.S....I am also an ex Realtor but, please don't hold that against me!...lol
I love to meet new people, this is the fountain of youth, it is why I travel, new ideas, new ways of looking at the world makes me younger. We need boundaries in life, and I believe we are 100 percent responsible for them. The Internet has created a mentality that celebrates people who want something for nothing. There is a "wussification" of the USA, Canada, where everyone wants to be taken care of, instead of taking care of other people. Allen, I think this phrase can be use as part of the Hobo way,
"We never expect nothing for nothing."
Hobo Traveler is one of the few travel sites that does not allow traffic by fake news, disrespect, weaving spiders, one of the places that celebrates real travelers. As best I can see, most expat sites are about people who are not actually going to use the travel advice.
Andy, it was good to meet you in Pana. Wish you had been there in November when I didn't have my wife with me and could spend more time with you.
