Goats Chickens Ducks for Sale Kpalime Togo West Africa

Cool video Andy, my type of life style. I may get a goat or two and some chickens and ducks soon. Need to build shelter for the animals as it rains a lot here on the island.

Amazing! Hard to believe the goats or sheep do not take off and wander away. If one goes the others would probably follow. They seem almost tame. I wonder why???

Why don't the goats wander off? Why don't human wander off? As my friend Walt Werner in Fort Wayne explained to me in kindergarten we are taught to stand in line, and we never forget this lesson. You can see it the airport, the line starts to board the plane, and all the people run to stand in line, they never forgot the lesson, they never wandered away, or stopped to wonder why? Elephants are held by small ropes that were used when they were small elephants, and in "learned helplessness," they never test the rope as they grow big. The goats, chicken, cats, dogs, humans are domesticated. We give them food, water, and shelter, and they do not run away, or wander off. I guess we could ask, "why don't dogs wander off and run free?" We are all taught to stand in line when we are young, and not wonder why. There is always a school for humans, and always a school for our pets, goats, etc. Now, the big question is, does the dog really love us, or does the dog enjoy the easy to find food, water, and shelter? It takes a rather advanced brain to wonder about our social shackles?
