84 Year Old Inspiration My Personal Declaration I Want to Live
reminded me of a Korean guy in my town who runs the laundry. I think he is in his 70s but he is thin and goes jogging daily.
At first I thought Stanley was facing Mecca in his bowing exercise. He's got great range of motion. Lively group!
wonderful! I'd like to know if he eats local foods or an american diet...? lots of sugars and processed foods.
I finally researched enough information to know what Stan, age 84 eats. As best I can tell, he eats a typical American diet, I watched him buy a bag of potato chips last night. I asked him, and he says, he eats more chicken, then red meats. But as best I can surmise, Stan is one of the old timer pot smokers who lives in San Pedro, he does not drink, but does smoke pot, and appears to be proud of it, as are most pot smokers, He likes to withhold information, not answer questions as he never stops talking. Ask him a direct question and he waddles around, ask him no questions, and he never stops talking. I am proud of him for doing exercise, but have chosen to avoid talking to him. He also lives in Chapala, Mexico, so did Billy, it is another climate paradise. He took the local buses here, it think he lives on almost no money per month. Lake Atitlan is like India, one of the really cheap places to live.
thanks Andy! my husband's grandmother lived on white bread, chicken grease and chicken. she live to be 110! Back then they didn't have processed bread, no GMO's and the chickens didn't have all the additives. Never know what is the best thing to eat so I just try to eat real food like you Andy.....so far so good...
