Tara On Safety For Women - Tips

Thu, 8 Jul 2010 00:41:49

Hello Tara, It is a little more dangerous for women travelers than men, however negligible. The danger is rape, however the locations where this happens the most is where the USA women go the most, that is in Mexico. In most countries Rape is a taboo, there is plenty of prostitutes and if some girl is raped, the locals will hunt them down and maybe kill the person. This truly makes men stop raping. The women who get raped in Mexico, Latino countries or in Europe are asking for it normally. They will go out to eat, drink and spend the whole night flirting. This does not work outside the USA or Canada, the men will just take what they want, they do not tolerate this sexual flirting. Canada and the USA are culturally the same, I do not differentiate. Fear is the problem for you or women. Tara... did you not want to write you last name, this is fear. Andy Graham of HoboTraveler.com Ethiopia
