  1. Sit on chair, extend leg straight ahead, hands under leg point head towards knee. The point head at sky, do this 20 times, 2 times per day.
  2. Sit in Chair, cross your leg over, try to touch your head against shin. 20 times, 2 times per day.
  3. Lie down on floor, put your good leg up on wall, cross your leg and stretch.
