~ TODAY’S TRAVEL TIPS

LIFESTYLES OF THE RICH AND FAMOUS
Barefoot Hobos

“How beautiful it is to do nothing
and then rest afterwards.”
Spanish Proverb

I cannot promise quite that high of
standard, but trust me. I have been
to some Hobo Paradise locations that cost
less than 5 dollars a night for accommodations.

80-90 percent of the world has a Joe Smith,
average run of the mill person pay wage
for a labor worker of about 5-15 dollars per DAY.

If you work for wage, you can take
that days pay and get a nice room for
about 50 dollars USA in most Westernized
countries..

The same economics works for the
rest of the world. A days pay will get
you a nice room for 5-15 dollars per day.

If you travel around and avoid some of the
world famous tourist traps or rent your room
by the month, and you lifestyle can be
excellent.

I tried to explain to a girl I knew in Mexico.
“I do not have a live in maid that has
her own 2 bedroom attached
apartment, with a private elevator
in the USA.”
I am too poor.

How many of you can afford to have a
live in maid, or a staff to work the garden.
This is common where I travel. I have
on occasion paid to have a person come
to my hotel room to clean, wash my clothes,
and help to make the room my home.

This is not some type of forced labor.
This is just average people that if you
stay around long enough will help you
do some work for a few extra dollars.

The quality of life is good.
You help the country by spending your
dollars inside their country, and you
gives people jobs.

There is a world of Foreigner prices
and world of local prices. To understand
the difference, and to be aware will open
the door. There is no rule that says a
tourist must pay tourist prices. It is
a volunteered situation and unfortunately some
sort of myth that travel agents, tour guides
and sadly travel writers all wish you to
believe.

Just another day in Paradise!

This way we do not all go to the same place.
