~ TODAY’S TRAVEL TIPS

TYPE II DIARRHEA

Blame the water.
Blame the cleaning of food.
Blame something.
Diarrhea,
“Montezuma’s Revenge.”
Find yourself going to the toilet 10 times a day.

Amebas, New Bacteria, Fruit Peels, or any bad sanitation
could be the problem, but before you blame this.
The problem may just be you are eating stupid.
People go to strange lands, and find there is a cheap supply
of exotic foods they like, or just party too much.
Especially people who live in cold climates, and go on that
vacations to tropical paradise.
Blaming the country for your bad eating habits, is not the answer.

THERE IS A VERY COMMON CAUSE OF DIARRHEA
or going to the toilet just too many times in a day.

I am not a doctor, but it is very easy to see that about
50 percent of the traveler did not drink bad water.
People are eating too much, or the wrong types of food.

WHEN YOU ARE ON VACATION
Before you go to the doctor, and worry yourself sick.

Ask yourself?
What did I eat yesterday?
Did you do one of the following?

FOODS THAT HAVE A FAST TRACK THROUGH THE BODY

Eat a whole coconut.
Eat only fruit all day.
Eat only nuts all day.
Only drink beer and not eat.
Only eat vegetables all day.
Eat only mangos.
Eat a pineapple whole.
Eat a diet of tomatoes and onions, peppers.
Eat only rice or spaghetti.
Eat only beans.
Drank only juices and not water.

IF YOU HAD ONLY ONE FOOD TYPE
Ever think about eating a balance diet?
Are you one of these people?
Does your daughter or son qualify?

HIGH RISK CANDIDATES
Is your son or daughter one of these people?
Does this remind you of yourself?
Think about it before they go on your dream vacation.

If you have never purchased food at a store in your life?
If you are vegetarian?
If for some reason you talking incessantly about the value of pasta
or rice.
If you have never cooked a meal for yourself in your life.
Suddenly had a food revelation, or a spiritual group has created
a parabolic shift in you way of life.
Always changing to the latest fad, or trend.

I HAVE MET PEOPLE WHO

Ate 5-10 mangos in a day.
Guatemala

Was afraid to drink the water, so they drank only fruit juices.
In the end was sick, because of the small volcano in their stomach.
Brazil

Vegetarians who thought bananas was the only food group.
Costa Rica

Thought bratwurst was a health food.
Germany

Chocolate sandwiches.
Belgium

Spent 4 weeks in a cult like group,
and changed their whole diet.
Colombia

Rice or Spaghetti only
Everywhere in the world

Did your diet changed from cooked to raw vegetables.?
Traveler can be like children
Kids will sit down and eat the whole bag of candy.
Gluttony at is best.

SIMPLE RULES OR GUIDELINES

1. More than 2 of anything is bad.
2. If you do not eat it at home, it could cause
problems when you travel.
3. There is more than one food group. Enjoy
them all.

ADDED IN INDIA: - Spicy food
I have a theory that very spicy or hot food also causes soft stools, or diarrhea. The reason is that when you eat very caustic or acidic food the body needs to protect itself. The way it performs this task is by secreting either more mucous or more fluids into wherever the acid is located in the body. Therefore like a laxative that make the water go to your intestines, a very spicy dish can lead you to the toilet.
