Planes, Trains, and Buses
A hobo is free. We travel for freedom, adventure, jobs.
To choose who, and what we are, and where we want to live.
I have now wondered through 20 countries. From Canada to
Argentina.
People are defined their ethnic behavior.
Our jobs, family, religion, type of government.
But for many this idea is only a dream, but I am having
fun being a hobo.
It was time to escape South America for EUROPE.
I needed a new hostel, a new climate, and a new language. I jumped on
a plane to the USA, for some cheap airfares to Europe, and to see if I can
catch up with my buddy David Clark as he arrives home from sailing around
world trip
3 days later I find myself now on a Amtrak train. I do not think Amtrak
has any competitions except the bus. 17 hour trip to Boston, but really 20.
I go to see the place where a country was born, where these strange
and independent people said they was leaving.
And then left. much like a hobo.
Freedom
Concord, Massachusetts a place of history.
I visited the site of the first military encounter of the American Revolution.
and “A shot heard around the world”
http://www.apocalypse.org/pub/u/gilly/Schoolhouse_Rock/HTML/history/shot.html
And remembered a dead local resident of Concord
Henry David Thoreau One of my heroes who once said.
“It is beyond the powers of a well man nowadays to pick up his bed
and walk”.... he had hobo potential
BRAZIL AND THE END OF CARNAVAL
Fiesta - Festa - Carnaval,
This place reminds me of the Old English story of Beowulf.
I cannot find how to spell it correct.
But this word describe Carnaval
GEBORSCOP
“Good food, Good drink, and everything that goes with it”
Old English version of Beowulf
Modern English version of Beowulf
Carnaval has few rules.
Lots of food, Lots of drink
..Good food, Good drink, and everything that goes with it.
a.k.a. SEX, and other debauchery
should you PLAN YOUR ESCAPE... be a hobo
Life is good.

around the world solo. I will give updates until he arrives.
His boat SANK,

FOUND A BOAT....
