A Mobile Office needs Uninterrupted Electricity. Laptops, cellphones, digital cameras need to be charged. A WiFI router needs 24/7 electricity.
An Uninterruptible Power Supply unit or UPS as it is generally referred to is a device that is used to provide backup power in event of a power failure.
There are two important components in a UPS.
1) Surge protection circuitry
2) A battery that provides the backup power
Be sure to check the Surge Energy Rating on the UPS. The Surge Energy Rating indicates how good a UPS is in stopping or controlling surges. The value is in Joules. A UPS with a 500 and above Joule rating is a decent rating.
