List Of Low Carbohydrate Foods

I am compiling a list of specific foods I can eat, whereby I plan to eat less than 25 grams per day diet.

GUIDELINES
1. Anything sugar tasting is off limits
2. Lean meat is ok.
3. The more fat, the more calories, they can still make you fat, in the end you still need to slow down the amount of calories.
