“I am not a genius, I am just curious. I ask many questions. and when the answer is simple, then God is answering.” Albert Einstein
Where lies true genius?
I believe Albert Einstein poked the answer correctly?
“I am not a genius, I am just curious. I ask many questions. and when the answer is simple, then God is answering.”
― Albert Einstein
I have many people ask me questions, and often I want to say,
"When you was walking around in Walmart, why didn't you check the price?"
Or, I want to say,
"Joe was talking about that yesterday, why didn't you listen?"
Instead, I need to eat it, and not say a word and accept that 99 percent of the people around me were out to lunch when good information passed them by.
True genius always is curious...
True genius is always paying attention...
True genius does not have a button to turn off their brain...
True genius never say to themselves,
"This is not important, there is no need to pay attention."
A critical thinker knows, irrelevant information will become relevant tomorrow, and he or she will be sitting around again, and again asking the question.
"Why don't my friend give credence and value to all information?"
There are curious people on planet earth, it is time to pull out your spyglass and spot them, I am sure they have already weigh and measure you.
Are you curious, are you situationally aware of your world, or are you just putting in your time, this is not truly an important thing to think about, but there are many people asleep at the wheel. I am worried about planet earth, the number of people asleep, their head plug into a cell phone is growing, the mindless masses is growing.
I agree Andy. The number of people who truly think, are aware and are awake is small. Historically this may have always been the case - most people are sheep. At least on the internet those of us who are awake can get together.
One question for you on another topic - do you have only a US passport or do you have another? If more than one, which one do you use? Thanks!
I only have USA citizenship, I used to have two USA passport, this allows you to apply for visa while traveling on the other..
You really hit the nail on the head Andy. And Einstein also said that curiosity was probably more important than IQ. I am intensely curious about the world around me and the people who inhabit it. I just realized that I will never be done learning and will always be curious. I will be learning the day I die.
The weather is great here in the Los Angeles area. Slightly overcast and a little breezy. I treasure the days I get to spend aboard the Village Maid. She rocks me to sleep at night. I hope you get a chance to visit her this coming summer.
vaya con dios
Thank you for pointing this out, I wrote it a long time ago.
