Steve Job and Bill Gates

"Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower."
- Steve Jobs

The first generation of computers as defined by two people, Steve Job on the left representing the Mac or Apple and Bill Gates with the PC or IBM platform. Both these men are genius, Steve the marketing genius who appealed to the fashionable and avant garde needs, and Bill who was the consumate nerd generation.

Macintosh 128K

Steve Job changed the world, and thank him, my first computer was the Macintosh 128K, and introduced me to the computer, and enigmatic confusion that still thrives today in my mind.

Apple Newton PDA

The Apple Newton on the left, it was a 1300 USD device I purchased to use to track clients when I was a Real Estate Broker, a truly great device.

Thank you Steve Job, you lead a generation of computers advocates down the road.

This is also the end of a war between two cults, the Apple and the IBM, and opens the door to a new way of using computers.

The Apple Newton PDA - Personal Digital Assistant, I purchased on for 1300 USD.
