Elimination Diet - Biohacking

Easy method, eat only safe foods. The elimination diet needs to be done by every person, and I do mean all people. Why? Because every person has small alergies to foods type of foods that cause inflammation, and the removal from our diet can make our life 10 times better.

I am Andy Lee Graham, and for 6 months, I have been trying to hack the "Elimination Diet," make it simple, I think I have finally succeeded. This is much easier to do, if we list the foods safe to eat.

"The Elimination Diet" or Eat Safe Foods for 30 Days

Part 1 - Elimination of Large Group of Foods

What is this list of foods?
And yes, you need to give up all of them for 30 days, one month.

List of Allegens on Wikipedia --- Read Click here
--- Then add to this list foods you suspect

  1. Dairy
  2. Eggs
  3. Gluten (including barley, oats, rye and wheat)
  4. Fish and shellfish
  5. Nightshades (tomatoes and onion) - Nightshades
  6. Potatoes is nightshades
  7. Citrus (contain high amounts of potentially reactive antioxidants)
  8. Soy
  9. Peanuts
  10. Tree nuts
  11. Corn
  12. Non-organic beef, which may contain the biogenic amines histamine, tyramine, octopamine and phenylethylamine known to potentially cause reactions
  13. Sweets or candy containing refined sugar, artificial colors and flavors

Drinks to Elimated

1. Coffee
2. Teas
3. Any drinks with sugar

I highly recommend you only drink water

What we can eat on elimination diet, this is easier to use!

1. Beef
2. Chicken
3. Turkey
4. Liver

1. Brocoli
2. String Beans
3. Spinach
4. Cabbage

Nuts and Seeds
1. Macademia
2. Pecans
3. Coconuts
4. Pumpkin Seeds
5. Sunflower seeds
6. Walnuts

Fruits - All other fruits are too much sugar!
1. Blueberries
2. Pineapple
3. Cranberries

Do this for 30 days, do not cheat.


Part 2 Testing Phase - "Introduce foods back into our diets?
Test to see if specific foods cause problems.

Note, this is super ambigous, I am working on protocols, times, I do believe it willl be one food at a time, and eat day for 7 days, testing only one food.

How long does it take for a reaction to start after eating a food?

Symptoms usually start as soon as a few minutes after eating a food and as long as two hours after. In some cases, after the first symptoms go away, a second wave of symptoms comes back one to four hours later (or sometimes even longer). This second wave is called a biphasic reaction. The risk of a biphasic reaction is why patients who have a severe reaction should stay at a hospital for four to six hours for observation.
