The Myth of the Deserted Island with a Beach
Beaches are for activities - I want to start with the best advice possible about Beaches, I know there is the cliché idea that you want a deserted beach, where life is peaceful, tranquil and you can watch beautiful sunsets. For 99 percent of you, that is great for about two hours and you are doing anything to relieve the boredom, please focus on the activities you do at the beach. There are 1000's of deserted beaches, what you do on the beach is what is important.
Good Beaches have:
1. Clean Sand
2. Water that is clear
3. Sunsets or Sunrises of beauty
4. Dry sand to lie on when sunbathing
5. People, an empty beach is empty because it has an inherent problem.
6. Showers on Beach
7. Volleyball, Soccer, Fut-ball or Cricket
8. Water that is safe for old people or young children to swim. (Tourist Beach)
Good Beaches do not have:
1. Dune Buggies or 4 Wheel Drives
2. Stereo systems so loud you cannot talk
3. Roped off areas that stop you from walking down the beach, for example a resort will not allow you to walk past.
4. The beach will not allow you private chairs, you must rent a chair from the owner of the land in front. (Tourist Trap Beach.)
5. A beach with Black Soil or Dirt is not a good beach.
Best Sunset and Soccer on the Beach is Palolem Beach in Goa, India
How to find a great beach, the only way close to helpful is the site called "WannaSurf.com," the reason is this, young people surf, have energy and create a good environment for bikinis. However, the problem with WannaSurf.com is they want waves, and if there are no waves, they do not care, or the waves could be dangerous for you.
When you read too much of Cliché Words - Wonderful, Breathtaking, Awesome, Best, Top, etc. think to yourself,
"They are trying to sell me something."
There is no perfect beach, and if a web page is too good, then try to find a better page with truthful opinions to help you, in this world you can spend 1000's of dollars to visit a beach, and this is just Marketing, the beach can really suck. They know this, tourist do not spend 1000's of dollars to go to a Beach, and then go home and say to friends, "I was really stupid, I bought this package deal to a horrible beach."

Daytona Beach - A parade of girls and cars on the beach, they drive here on the beach, at spring break this is a Bikini Paradise.
Del Mar in California - Watch the surfers and feel younger.

Sihanouk - Small beach, many men bring girls here for the weekend from Phom Phen, there are many French Expats.
Cote d'Ivoire
Grand Bassam Beach - On the weekend this beach is truly enjoyable as the locals roll around in the waves.
Dominican Republic Beaches
1. Sosua Beach - Nice bay with a lot of people around talking, the beach is short and the waves come up to remove the sand area, but generally a great city for a month or two. The city is full of women for sale, so realize this before you go, Expats are there in droves buying up the local women, but the beach, and conversations are great.
2. Cabarete - Beautiful with Windsurfing, wide sand on a curve or bay situation. Close to Sosua, but double the cost for a room for a month.
India Beaches - Beaches in India need foreigners, as the locals do not go to the Beaches.
1. Goa - Palolem one of the best on the planet
2. Kerala - Varkala Beach (Heard)
Brazil Beaches- Maybe the best country on the planet for beaches, and sunrises, it is hard to say a location, the whole coast is a beach.
1. Rio De Janeiro - Copa Cabana - This has more thong Bikinis than any beach I have encountered on the planet. There are many Black girls putting on baby oil or suntan lotion and gleaming in the sun.
Mexico Beaches
1. Playa del Carmen - One of the best topless beaches on planet.
2. Pie De la Cuesta - 8 Miles north of Acapulco sometimes called Sunset Beach, very few children because the waves are dangerous. This is only a short taxi ride from Acapulco, people gather at sunset to watch "Playa Luces" as the sunsets.
3 Puerto Escondido - Nice long surf waves.
4. Cancun - One of the best Resort Beaches on the planet, a great swimming pool beach area, you lie in the swimming pool, then once in awhile walk around.
Israel
Tel Aviv Beach, a great place to spend the day, if you are American the Israeli people will talk, become your friend and truly welcome you to Israel.
Indonesia Beaches
1. Bali - Padam Beach by Black and White, this is one of the bigger party beach areas on the planet, but is also full on tourist beach.

Thailand Beaches
1. Koh Phan Ngan - Full Moon Party Beach - One of the best all around beaches on planet, and more affordable.
2. Krabi Beaches - Most beautiful, but not so livable.
3. Koh Phi Phi - One of the most beautiful on the planet, yet becoming tourist trap since the Tsunami.
