I say,

Time for Hobo to Buy a Sailboat

Time for Hobo to Buy a Sailboat
The big luxury buyers of Sailboats who sailed the Caribbean are probably having second thoughts, I think there are many people saying,
“Dear, I think we should sell our Sailboat.”

Luxury items like a sailboat I believe will start to get very cheap.

I wish to explore the Islands of the planet, the only way feasible and intelligent is by living on a Sailboat, for me it is not a luxury, it would be a Hobo Hideout.

I know of three locations where maybe I can find owners of boats who may wish to sell cheap, or have someone take over their payments.

Belize
Rio Dulce in Guatemala
Trinidad and Tobago.

I am never sure on how to buy, however it does appear to be a good time to help a person with a sailboat get relief, and a benefit to me… hehehe

I pay between 500 and 1200 US per month for rent, I could use this to pay for a boat.

The State of the Union Message

The State of the Union Message
I am sitting here in Japan trying to understand what is happening to the USA economy. I do not feel left out, I really have an advantage, I am outside the USA looking in, my perspective is not
“Insulated.”

I am 100 percent sure the United States Citizens are clueless to understand how they fit in globally and this problems is global, not just the USA. The whole world is having a Margin Call, very few people hedged their bets, very few saved for a rainy day.

However, they should not feel alone, none of the citizens of the world understand dynamically how they fit into the global community. This is really the job of the politicians to understand and force the fit to work.

There is NO love lost by other countries, no country loves another country, they all work out of self-interest and greed.

I wish I could feel sad about the economic issues in the USA, however in reality I know I feel more like saying,
“I told you so.”

I know one things, I sure would not want to be the next President of the USA for the next term. Whoever is President is going to take more crap per square inch than any President since the time of the depression. People vote, think and feel with their wallets, they do not feel with some intellectual idealistic dreams, they just want money, and when lose their own money they will blame anyone near for their problems, not themselves.

The world is getting the punishment that is deserved, the USA is getting the punishment it deserves for being greedy. People purchased homes they could not afford, and people so homes they knew their clients should not be buying, it was fueled by greed.

So what is the State of the Union?

Normal, people being people, not planning of thinking ahead, just reacting to their lives as it passes by.

What is the State of HoboTraveler.com.

Outrageously solvent and prosperous, truly impossible to feel poor, however 100 committed to living as cheap as possible whereby solvency and prosperity reign in my life, I try to put all my money away for rainy days.

I am a Hobo, I am cheap.

2008 September 30 Enter Japan leave S Korea
I am now in Fukuoka, Japan, I left Seoul Korea this morning and after a one hour flight I have quickly arrived and settled into a Hostel in Fukuoka, Japan.

I am here in Fukuoka and not Tokyo because Fukuoka is at 33 degrees above the Equator and Tokyo is at about maybe around 35, I am trying to get back to the tropics. I am 10 degrees above the tropics of 23.5 degrees above the equator and I am afraid of the cold.

Fall is here in Korea and Japan, I would say these two countries have a climate closer to Georgia or even Florida or California, however as far as I am concerned, these states the USA are freezing, I need the tropics soon or need to go below the Equator where summer is coming fast.

Plus Tokyo has as about 12 million people and Fukuoka has 1.5, so less crowded in a very crowded way.

Governments Need Music Internet Mobile Phones

Governments Need Music Internet Mobile Phones
I am in no-mans land of the Korea Incheon Airport here in South Korea, and I was looking around,
“The people are placated and calmed by playing with their Mobile phone or Ipods.

I am musing that music, mobile phone and the internet has been a windfall in people management for the governments of the world.

I remember in a the Cow Barn while the cow were being milked my farmer boss would play the radio to keep the cows content and happy. My best suspicions is a mind that is occupied with entertaining sounds is not aware of what is happening to them.

Maybe they need to turn up the music today in the New York Stock ‘Exchange to keep them calm in the middle of a storm.

How to Plan for Africa Map

How to Plan for Africa Map
If you are planning a trip to Africa, then I recommend you study this map that shows which countries colonized various countries.

“The purpose is to get a feel for possibly better air transportation route choices to and from Africa, & to see quickly the language ties resulting from the colonization of Africa during the previous 150 years or so, and it's influence that still lingers today.”

CLICK on the map to see a bigger map.

I have visited French West Africa three times, I have never visited the English countries even though it should be easier to travel in the countries like Kenya and South Africa. Visas, Money, Language, Transportation, Import / Export, everything works easier if you find the mother country and plan your way towards Africa.

I wish to thank Eric for contributing this map he made, it is a great asset to the WayFinding Maps page. This page is becoming one of the shining stars of HoboTraveler.com.

Truly I have no clue why I would stay longer, or ever come back. I have sat in the Hostel, took the Subway around the city, looked at a few of their attractions, talked until I am blue in the face about this country and the truth is,
“I pass”

However, I can say, been there, done that, I gave it a fair chance to tempt me to fall in love with Korea, as I said,
“I pass.”

Measuring the Caring of Humans

Measuring the Caring of Humans
I have lived in Hotels and Hostel for over 10 years.

I have learned to know which types of people are good people that care about their fellow man, and who just wants you to believe they care.

I live in a Home made by the management of Hotels.

In the Christian Bible Mathew 7:16 it says something like:

“7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. This common figure is wonderfully expressive. Not leaves (professions), or appearance, are the proper tests of the life that is in the tree, but the fruit it bears. We are to test men and every institution by this principle.”
http://bible.cc/matthew/7-16.htm

My life is great and will always be great, life is truly good for me, I should always thank the good Gods. I look for the small extras people do in life, not what they are paid to do, but those small thing in life where there is no pay. I have low expectation of Humans, few are capable of producing a good harvest of fruit, however I do test any and all humans I encounter to see if the have one piece of harvestable fruit.

My simple test is, do they say “Hello” when they walk into the room or is this a burden. If I say Hello to them, I want to know if it is a burden for them to reply. This test is simple as it gets, after this test life becomes rather easy for me. The people who say hello and are happy to reply to a hello have some fruit to share.

I do keep my priorities in line, I know it my responsibility to say “Hello” first, there are some shy people on the planet.

There is a grimace on many faces, as if waking in the morning is to big of burden to endure.

Sadly I know that many people became angry the moment I said anything about Bibles or God, this post has nothing to do with God or Bibles it just another of those test in life to see if you can accept good, and bringing up subjects like this is another test.

Life is ridiculously simple, just surround yourself who do not see your presence as a burden, say hello and reply with a hello, where there is no reason whatsoever and be cautious with the others.
