The Solution to Poverty

The Solution to Poverty
The solution is not to give poor people money, no matter what you do 5-10 percent of the people of the planet refuse to work. Giving them money enables them and the governments of countries to not work or take responsibility.

The solution is to give every person over 55-60 a minimum set amount of money whereby all older people on the planet over 55-60 could live after this age without working.

I do not care whether they worked, paid in, was a total jerk, lazy, whatever the case, a person over 55-60 needs to have social security money sufficient to live.

As of today, the retirement plan, and the social security money plan of the world is babies.

The more babies the Mother and Fathers have, the more likely they can hope that one of their children loves them enough to support them when they are old.
Example, look at Europe, whopping high taxes in countries like Norway, the number one country on the Human Development Scale. Yet, what is happening in Europe, they do not have enough babies to even keep the population at zero growth, they are reducing in size. If not for the constant immigration countries like France would stop. France actually gives economic benefits to mother so they will have a baby.

Babies, the retirement plan of the world, this has to stop.

You hear parent says,
“I hope my children are willing to take care of me when I am old.”

Please remember, 5-10 percent of people will not work unless they are starving, allow them to starve. I have the missing parts theory, to give to beggars they must have missing parts, an arm, a foot, their eyes, but even then it the people of the countries responsibility it not another countries duty, responsibility or ethical need to help other countries with poverty.

If the people of a country are tired of their abusive leaders, I am 100 percent in favor or covert or overt overthrow of bad governments with abusive leaders. I just wish the CIA did a better job, get with it boys.

Painful Filipino Feet

Painful Filipino Feet
I take quiet walks in the morning, like changing the channel on the TV; it helps to change my life. There other morning, walking in front of the Pan Pacific Hotel, a majestic, what would be my first pick for classy Hotel if I had any to pay for class, I stop as I pass some feet and take a pause.

First, look, these were just feet.

On second glance, a pause, time for my brain to understand, there is an adult with a child sleeping in the bicycle taxi here in Manila, they are painful feet to me; it is about 6:30 on a bright sunny day, I wonder how long they will sleep.

Walking back to the Hotel, using the road because there is just too much of too much on the sidewalk, like an obstacle course. I look over to my right, I am trying to walk through the obstacles, when along side me is maybe a 3 years old girls, plat plat plat as here bare feet smack the sidewalk as she runs along side of me begging.

The girl was precious, I did not have enough energy to take that photo, it would just take too much of too much.

Just an amazing experience, I walked into the Robinson Mall, then entered the Robinson Supermarket to search for something healthy, seems to only be Vegetable, Fruit, Nuts and Chicken.

I walked over to try to buy a couple of Apples.

Three of these Robinsons Supermarket came up to help me, they all worked together to help me a couple of apples.

I stopped, looked at them saying,
“This is the first time in my life three people helped me in my life.”

The Philippines is like flowers growing in the weeds, you may miss them if you do not look closely.

The Pendulum of Racism Swings

The Pendulum of Racism Swings
I watch on Television Obama the presidential candidate getting a huge and warm welcome from a group of German people in Berlin.

Germany, in my opinion, one of the most racist developed countries on the planet, clapping, waving, standing ovations, applaud.

This is good for the world to see, the black people of the planet should feel grateful, and racism is dying.

Racism happens when one group of people believe they are superior to another group of people, and for sure Germans have this behavior, and Obama being welcome, a good thing, Germany is making progress.

I feel the reason racism exist is because of social status, when there is a first class, a second class, and third class, I feel alienated. I want nothing to do with first class, second-class service, normally choose third class, I am average class.

“Well, Obama, even though I do not believe he would make a good president, he has proven his status as a first class person; he has shown his race to be first class, however he has not proven his people as Average Class."

Now, this is very true, however as I see it, all blacks, women, Mexicans, Islamic are equal. Stupid people, the most segregated and abused minority on the planet, then the direct effect of them being poor.

Poor people are not treated as equal, why, because we naturally feel superior to a poor or stupid person, but this is an off-centered way of thing, not the right Karma.

Now, I am not a big fan of tourist, I can say they are stupid, naïve, generally a group of high status people who want to prove they are high status by their actions. The root problem of racism, one person feels superior to another.

When a pendulum swings, it may give people too much, I feel women and blacks are in the present epoch of the USA history entering their glory days. The pendulum has swung to their side, the average white boy, (Me) is the “Persona non grata

I often laugh at tourist hotels, homosexuals are for sure more welcome in the hotels than the Alpha Male, the minority is exclusive while average or normal is a lessor. Would like to read, "Alpha Male Welcome, instead of Gay Friendly." but the truth is, I want neither comment.

I do hope these pendulum starts to swing to the center and equal position as I am increasing becoming tired of being the “Persona non grata.”

I have been to Africa three times, however, when I am there, I do not see black people from the USA, and I see mostly White People as tourist. Please try to think about this, status, the constant desire to increase our social or economic status. Why do African Americans not go visit Africa often, my proposition is that blacks would consider going to Africa as a low status move.

As you can see, Obama is in Germany, a white bread country, not in Ghana, Kenya, or his ancestor country.

Racism, I feel at the root is about a person trying to say,
“I am cool, look at me.”

Why is my photo not on this site, I do not want daily life status, I do not want people to give me special status in Hotels. I just want to be the average white boy. I use the theme as Hobo in many ways to open the mind of people, to get them to look at the world from a different perspective.

I think a lot about Obama and McCane, I would like to vote.
“None of the Above.”

As for me, if I voted for what is easy for me, I would vote for Obama, then I would hear less from the Euro Trash, the constant the USA did this, the USA did that may lesson. I am sure if president, Obama will go over and suck up to Europe as he is now. I truly do not care if the president is liked or disliked by the rest of the world, and especially Europe. If he were celebrated in Africa, I would feel a sense of warmth. But his job is President is to be President of the USA, not to be President of Blacks or Europe, I do not think he know this, but I am keeping my eye on the job description.

To not give status to a person, to treat a person that considers himself or herself high status as a normal person is a good way to have troubles in life. What do the blacks often say?
“Do not dis me.”

I guess this means,
“do not disrespect me.”

Respect for all people also means we criticize. I really could give a crap whether the person is black, white, yellow, women of flaming homosexual. I will give them equal respect, I will do that Golden Rule thing, and I will treat them as I expect them to treat me. I will not treat them as above though; I just treat, as I want to be treated.

What is the basic nature of humans; I feel it is the desire to set themselves apart, to say to others, I am above you. I am First Class and I have the big car and house to prove it… too funny for words.

As for me, I will keep minimizing my status in life; never take free rooms, transportation, or tours from the tourist industry. I just want to travel and meet the world, it is a good place, never met a country that was below the USA, I will never celebrate their poverty to make me look better.

Interview with Bjorn Philippines Expatriate
This s is a video interview with Bjorn born in Norway who has lived in the Philippines for nine years. Photo of Bjorn in the Malate Pensionne Hotel, I guess this is some type of common use Air Con room for the Starbucks, but available to be used by the residents of the Guesthouse. There is a courtyard area behind him that leads to the entrance.

He spoke a little more politically correct than I was hoping, however this is Bjorn, a man who has lived in Manila for years. I feel the idea of living in room for 15 dollars per night, and he chose this above both and apartment or even a Five Star Hotel needs to be heard.

Many expats go and live, however they travel and live like a tourist, never slowing themselves down to re-think the proposition, living is not the same as being a tourist.

Thanks Bjorn, and hope the future is great.

The Philippines is a kick, funny, annoying, John Steinbecks book, Cannery Row on Steroids.

From Cannery Row
by John Steinbeck
Cannery Row in Monterey in California is a poem, a stink, a grating noise, a quality of light, a tone, a habit, a nostalgia, a dream. Cannery Row is the gathered and scattered, tin and iron and rust and splintered wood, chipped pavement and weedy lots and junk heaps, sardine canneries of corrugated iron, honky tonks, restaurants and whore houses, and little crowded groceries, and laboratories and flophouses. Its inhabitants are, as the man once said, “whores, pimps, gamblers, and sons of bitches,” by which he meant Everybody. Had the man looked through another peephole he might have said, “Saints, and angels and martyrs and holy men,” and he would have meant the same thing. . . .

Get a Thailand Visa in Manila Philippines
I applied and received what is supposed to be a three-month visa to Thailand from the Thailand Embassy here in Manila, Philippines. A person can only stay now in Thailand 90 days, after that period they have to leave the country and apply for visa.

Cost about 1400 Peso for Visa and maybe 450 pesos in Taxi fees, the time was four days more or less with time needed to prepare.

This is the list of requirement, not all were required as an American citizen. I also need to my drivers license to give at the check in desk as an exchange to enter and get an entrance tag.

I would not say this was easy; the onward ticket was over the edge, I personally think that visas are granted in the rules of what they would require from a Philippines person. I tend to think in Singapore it would be easier because Singapore citizens can travel easier.

More or less rules are applied as if I was from the Philippines.

This is where the Thailand Embassy is located in Manila as of January 2008. Give to a Taxi in the Malate, Ermita, Mabini area and the taximeter if they do not cheat you is about 100-150 pesos. In Makati where this is located would be cheap.

I started to write a newsletter, and realized my large general view of the world would be misinterpreted as negative. Therefore this statement is a system to get this idea out of my brains because it is blogged, and will not include in newsletter.

Introduction
The last year of my travels has been challenging, although travel is getting easier, what I have learned is damaging my naïve soul. The world is changing at an ever increasing speed.

For my own emotional happiness I have stopped watching CNN, BBC, or any major new medias.

For my own emotional happiness I have stopped learning about the NGO Non Governmental Agencies, the save the world, stop AIDS, save the whale and hug a tree bunch. The Global Warming groups is over the edge corrupt.

These two groups are abusing the planet, and watching the abuse and their premeditate manipulation of good peoples donations and good will is tragic.

When I was young, I believed business was the problem, business is not the problem, they want to sell you something and take money in return a truly natural thing at all levels of world development.

What is not fair and natural is this new world of taking or inspiring them to give money to them.

Government take taxes
NGO convince
Religions make you buy your soul
New Media preaches doomsday, and use NGO for advertisers.

1. These groups tell you or us we are responsible for everyone on the planet, and if we give them money, they will go fix it.

2. A business sells good value or junk, but in the end the choice is ours to make, we are responsible for this choice.

I have learned that giving to someone to fight my battles is not a solutions, it is just another form of dysfunctional behavior to allow me to not look at poverty,

I realize it is the religions, governments, NGO’s, working in partnership with the New Media to take money from the public.

The selling of fantasy and fear, that somehow convinces the normal person to help by giving money is abuse of what is good. Whereby the good people of the planet slowly back themselves out of the picture, not wanting to be involved.
