SpiritAir.com is screaming bloody murder, because their tricky marketing plans have been squashed by the government.

I got this truly crap e-mail today from the never-to-be-trusted SpiritAir.com Airline, implying the government was trying to hide taxes.
Too stupid for words, and SpiritAir.com, the ever deceptive marketing is hopefully coming to an end, along with all the other not-to-be-trusted airlines.
When it is too complicate to understand, it is a "Scam."
I hope I got this information right, for sure there is nobody on the Internet I trust, but the way the airline have been conning people I hope is coming to an end.
How do they Scam?
They make you add the amounts up, and keep you clicking, until only a genius with two assistants can make sense of the true cost.

But, when the fares show up, I can see how it works, and know by trying to search.

I call all this stuff, the "Shell Game," or Three shells and a pea, everyone needs to keep their eyes on the airlines problem.
I agree Andy, the Airline situation truly has to change.
How would we feel if we walked into a supermarket to by a loaf of bread and was sold the bread for one price, then had to manually add on the cost of the slicing the bread, the plastic bag and the little tie at the top of the bag! it would be ridiculous!
However, i must say that Easyjet has now made a change to the way they do business.
And i think it's a step in the right direction.
They now display the flight price, including tax and there is a second option price displayed for all included plus you get the bonus of being able to change your flight dates with no extra cost involved.
It's a good step, but i sill think it does not go far enough.
Ryan air meanwhile are still arrogantly (perhaps) sticking to their guns with their pricing.
We need big change to protect consumers. Airlines should realise that they will get far more respect from their customers if they make their pricing transparent.
Adding on extras flies in the face of conventional psychology for selling. It makes the customer feel bad.
They should realise that we would all feel good if they were to swap it all around and give us discounts for not having hold luggage, for not needing to check in at the airport and not wanting to board the plane first.
Moreso, i think they should introduce a new option to the "speedy boarding" option - speedy exit, i don't nessacarily want to be first on the plane - i want to be first off it so that i don't get stuck behind a bunch of numptys at the border.
Easyjet has always felt better to me than Ryan... I am always laughing at first class, the get on the plane, then the whole plane walk in bumping them. I wait until the plane is full before I enter the plane, I have a ticket with an assigned seat. My friend Walt always blames it on Kindergarden, everyone needs to get in line, and they never thought about it since.
