Rent Movies for 10 Cents in Ethiopia

I rented the movie Slum Dog Millionaire for one Ethiopia Burr, this is about 10 cents US per day, I then copied it onto my computer in the hope of checking it, and I want to make sure there are no stops in the movie. (Seldom the real thing outside the USA, they are always copies, sometimes good, sometime horrible; I am also wanting to learn the quality of movies in Ethiopia.)

There is a problem, so far, I think there is some guy speaking the native language of Amharic while I am also listening to English, and it is an annoying way to watch a movie while both languages are being spoken.

I am carrying five English books, I will probably read about 1-2 books per week, so I need backup up entertainment. I have many PDF or Text File books, however not as fun. I should start reading them on the computer and save the books until I am in locations without electricity if they exist, so far the electricity is great. I am more worried about the water situation.

I could have purchased new English books in Addis Ababa, however five is heavy enough and my sciatic nerve does not need more weight on it, I was carrying 15 books in Ghana a year ago.

The person who rents the movies is a great person; I can test more on his TV in the shop and see if the voice over is the same. They are on CD ROMs and not on DVD, so it took two disk for the movie Slum Dog Millionaire.
