Pro Reasons for "Show Password."

1. People who cannot type
2. When on a Foreign Keyboard and not normal position of keys.
   - i.e. French Keyboard
3. When the numbers are on a keypad and not in the normal.
4. Inside a Cyber Café or Internet Café
5. So a person who wants to save the password is sure they are saving the correct password in the browser.

Cons - Why to not "Show Password."

1. Bank or Personal information account, where a person could steal something of great value by having access.
2. While people are watching over your shoulder.
