Walmart Boondock Parking for Privacy Video

Is this an old video? I ask because now they don't allow overnight parking at Walmart, at least not on the west coast. People started taking advantage of it and homeless people began staying days on end and some of them were less than desirable and messy. What a pity!

This video was in 2012, and you can park in 90 percent of the USA, but of course states like California, New York, or Colorado with lots of vagrants they stop it.
