Hi Andy,
I also feel that the award was thrust on Obama as politacal leverage. I think it would be too big of an insult to turn the prize down. Just no high fiving.
I hope and pray he follows his campaign promise of running a centrist goverment.
As far as Europe and the world claiming Obama as their (world) president. I can kinda of see that in a far fetched way. When you get down to the nut cutting it all boils down to money. We are 4 1/2 of the world population. and have almost 1/4th of the world economy. Our economy snezzes then the world catches a cold. Then the cold is passed to the US. Like it or not whats good for the world is good for the US.

Funny, just after I read this blog post, I read about a guy in the newspaper, a son of a Bishop in fact. This Bishop son borrowed 10 million dollars to spend on gambling on internet casinos. He lost all the money of course.
