Andy, you must not read the news if you do not understand why people from Rwanda living in Tanzania are refugees. Rwanda was the site of one of the most massive instances of genocide in history.
Enjoyed your comments on travel until this mindless statement about not understanding why these people are refugees. I would hope for better in future.
