Hello,

I enjoyed your blog very much and I am very envious of your travels and wish I had the money and freedom to follow in your footsteps.

Get ready to cross the street, because I have an internet friend in the Philippines. First, I do not consider myself a pervert and neither me or my Pinay friend have ever exposed any immodest body part to one another. In fact we often chat without a web cam and often communicate by email. My intentions are not to find a sex-buddy in case I travel to the Philippines someday, but to grow a relationship with this woman and perhaps one day marry her. I have been divorced 3 years and met this woman 3 months ago so it is very early on still. She has never asked me for money, never said anything off-color and treats me with great respect as I do her. I suppose we could use snail mail to communicate and maybe I would have half a clue who she is in about 10 years. But why not take advantage of modern technology for good intentions too?

I know Thailand and the Philippines there is a lot of sleazy stuff going on, but this is only a tiny fraction of the community. I have seen my share of sleazy things going on right here in good ole New Jersey, USA. Recently the police raided 5 establishments in a very affluent town for using human-trafficking (nice word for sex-slave) in their massage parlors.

Anyway, I just wanted you to know should i ever travel to the Philippines and happen to run into you, that not all of the tourists are perverts with hidden agendas or secret lives. Its never a good thing to make a blanket statement about an entire group of people.
