I think an interesting place for Andy to visit is somewhere where he could put to test connectivity and blogging. Say Papua New Guinee. There is no electricity and no Wifi in the jungle and few bloggers have reported from there. Could Andy do it on a daily basis? Can he upload videos of tribal life? Is there any possibility for a decent citizen to blog from there with a reasonable cost (your global 69$ global connection, your solar panels or smth like that)?
I think we should send Andy to a country where he'll have a bit of technological challenge, see what kind of tecchie tricks he can find/improvise. I enjoyed very much his posts about Kenian and Philippines internet, for instance. Maybe other readers have other technological curiosities - me I'll vote for a country where he'll be online with solar panels and global internet. How is like to live like that for a month for example? I know he could do it in any country, but it's more exciting if there is no other choice.
