a couple years ago. I have used "Jarin" ?spelling? at ABS and found him very reliable, helpful, and trustworthy. His prices seem to be at the cheaper end... not always the cheapest, but I trust him with my credit card info. I've bought airline tickets to India through him, and also bus tickets. He has provided excellent Indian visa service for my friends also. He also seems to have a conscience and work with reputable tour bus companies.
