Same goes with Skype.
It's really a great tool and I use it for 2-3 years now.
But their recent restructuring of fees make me really think of switching to an alternative.
More competition should mean lower prices, as Andy said. But somehow, since the eBay takeover, it looks like they want to squeeze out more from their users.
I use Skypeout a lot and it really *is* more expensive now.
