I live in Nepal and I know what you mean by having power outages. We still have power outages but not as much as before. Hopefully in the near future we will produce enough hydro electricity.

Actually same thing happens when one buys fruits in open market. Usually 1 kilo of items weighs about 600 grams when weighed using a spring scale.
