WOW, it's been over 10 years since I began my a 12 month backpacking adventure of Central and Sth America, which started in 'Guate'. I wonder of Volcan de Pacaya is still active and 'climable', I remember a basketball size molten orange rock landing only metres away from me as we slid upwardes through the shale. Great photo's of 'Pana' and brought back some good memories. Enjoy the moments, life is still good, but now it is more about family.
