Andy, I am a Peace Corps Volunteer working with a Farmers Cooperative in Togo, just north of Kpalime. I have posted on my blog the harvesting and transformation of cacao beans into chocolate. Feel free to check it out and contact me if you have any interest. I am trying to help them on their way to becoming fair trade certified, but that process is tough.
