It really hurts to be ignored, those friends you told about, they're really not your friends if that's the case (let alone the cousins, nephews and nieces, it’s in the genes, you can't deny it). Friends share stories, interests, helping each other in problems. They just don't ignore. And I'm sorry about your wife, she should support your interests, but maybe you should stop and think, you might have explored the whole world but never your wife's needs. Start your year right.
