As one who met you out there, I can pretty much assure you and anyone who has not met you in person, your not sleazy. I have read through your blog, no sleaze. Its just how it is.

This looks like something a freind from cuba used to drink. If it has no alcohol or fruit juice, its probably "malta", or unfermented barley and molasses. Its slow-release carbs, without the blood sugar spike of fruit juice or soda. Pour some molasses into a bottle of near-beer if you want it elsewhere.
