Dude, been following your saga for a while. Did you know there is a big health care debate in the states? The president wants some kind of national plan. There is quite a bit of resistance to it. Most likely the insurance lobby is behind it. I work for the gov't and have ok health insurance, but my premiums went up 20 this year and will most likely keep going up every year. I consider myself lucky to have insurance, I went many years without it. You would think most people would recognize the crisis. Even though i have insurance why would I want to deny anyone affordable healthcare? If you were a UK citizen you could walk into doctors office and the bill would be zero. That sounds pretty good to me!
