As one rides the highways leading to the Outer Banks of NC, billboards loudly exclaim: "Don't pay Beach prices! Stop in Columbia and buy your ice and beer!" The inflated prices in that case are used as a hook, and everyone knows this. The establishments on the banks in some cases will post both local and Touron prices. What? Oh, that's a combination of tourist and moron, of course.

I hate to burst your creative bubble, but my Grandmama never owned any other type of clothes dryer. People tout high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, but they have never slipped between air dried and ironed cotton sheets on a cold night topped with 3 or 4 home made quilts.
