don't eat it too much. it can cause favism.
in scientific explanation: it can cause glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase thus affect hexose monophosphate pathway in our body system, in the same time NADPH for reduction glutathione will decrease. this will increase H2O2(oxidative agent which give damage to tissue) causing lysis of fragile red blood cell.
or
that's mean you will have haemolytic anemia.!!!!
