Andy, you are opinionated, arent you? Typical ugly American visit Tanzania for a couple of days and all of sudden you are now an African expert. By the way, Rwanda and Burundi are two separate countries and most of the refugees are too scared to go back because tribal warfare in those two counties is never ending.
I suppose you wonder why Palestinians still live in refugee camps when they only got kicked out 61 years ago. These lazy Arabs! Just like American blacks!
