being kind of old i think past life review is a natural healthy process-also think it's part of the mechanism in the advancing process-
long term travel-that's a good cure if u have shame -changing the place u change to a different window and view different from where u were before-try to be objective and subjective too
another good movie or even better book is the treasure of the sierra madre by b.traven-or try the book "deathship"-plenty of honor stuff also good hobo trivia -cheers
