Your a sucker for the 30 Quetzal part. As to where the best place is to learn spanish, it is right in Antigua Guatemala. I work with a mission here in Guatemala, and there are other missionarys that come from all over Central America to study in Antigua. If you would like to learn some more usable spanish fast, go to the school
"La Ensenaza" ( en sen yan sa) and talk to Aura, the lady who runs it.
