In fact, I think the selling by disabled is not new at all. People all over the world do it. (In some cities in the USA there is a special offering once a month - the disabled have special moneyboxes and collect money - there are many differences among all the cities but the idea is the same - disabled sell things - such as the small handmade things or lottery). But nice post - I think it is good to know they do it there too.
