Bici-Taxi Cuba Tuk Tuk

Cuba has extremely modern looking Tuk Tuk‘s. The Lonely Planet calls them Bici-Taxis and says tourists are not allowed to use them. I will soon see, since I am from Colombia, generally look the same as the locals, I think there will be no problem.
