Art in Sosua Dominican Republic

I made a video as I walked the road leading to the Beach here in Sosua, Dominican Republic. When I am finished, I am on the beach.



I thought this DR painting was good; there are maybe 50-100 shops here in Sosua, selling paintings. For the most part, they are repetitious and use the same style; more an attempt to earn money than to be creative, but as is normal with art there is the 1 in 20 that is good

I have seen maybe 50 shops here on Sosua Beach; it is fun to browse around. However, in my opinion it is more of a cliché art collection, not good artist. I have not seen one actual artist in this area painting, however who knows, they maybe be hiding somewhere. I personally would want a picture of the artist with the piece of art to complete the moment.
