2009 October 21 Leave Philippines Enter USA
I left the Philippines, flew to Chicago, Illinois, I am now in the state of Indiana in the USA. I took a Cathay Pacific flight from Manila to Hong Kong, then a United flight from Hong Kong to Chicago. I switched planes and took a United Express flight from Chicago to Fort Wayne, Indiana. The cost was 714 US Dollars for one-way flight. I purchased the ticket online with Travelocity.com and the cost of going to Chicago was the same as Fort Wayne, a strange logic used by the airlines.
