I been living in Qatar since 1981 I got married 2 years ago and had my first baby last year
I left Qatar since 2 years to join my family
and I left my company as well to be managed by other people and stay away
the reason:
I cant get visa for my wife or my son to inter Qatar
the reason also:
cause am just palestinien nation holdong travel document

to those nigerians trying to visit qatar for either business, studies or vacation. i-ll advise you not to waste your time and money. i recently had to transit in the city of doha having flown with qatar airlines from bangkok to liverpool where i reside. i was to be lodged in a hotel due to my transit lasting 9 hours. i was made to stay at the airport for the 9 hours where i was treated like a criminal, no one wanted to help or was willing to help, all because i carried a nigerian passport. now i understand alot of nigerians have given the country a bad name and image, i-m so ashamed i tell people i-m american having had the opportunity to study out there. but then again, i have a settlement status in the uk, visited hong kong for 7 days, bangkok for 7 days and i didnt decide to run from the hotel n become a babysitter for some family i-m smarter than (its seems thats all nigerians are capable of) so i was made to sit around in the airport not because i didnt have sufficient prove to show that-ll i-ll be leaving doha when my flight was due, but because i CARRIED A NIGERIAN PASSPORT. this is pure racial and in this day and age i-m surprised that international airports still treat people like this. to cut the long story short, you are better off in iraq than visiting qatar for any reason. i-ve just been to check if there-s an embassy in nigeria, i was going to call and ask them what they doing in my country when i-m not even allowed past their airport. so save yourself the embrassment and disappointment. that desert has nothing to offer. peace.
