I have been trying to visit Belarus with my wife for vacation as tourists but all efforts to get visa from my country, Nigeria, have proved abortive as there is no Belarussian Embassy in Nigeria.

My question/enquiry is that, can I apply through your Agency via registered post mail, DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc and how safe is our international passport, other supporting documents that are going to come with our application and is there any money back guarantee if visa is not given?
