Andy, you are in Bangkok!!!... ok you gotta trust me on this. Ive traveled a bit and the BEST fish I ever had was 8 months ago, just a few blocks north of Khao San Road... where Sam sen 4 intersects Sam sen 2... A lady cooks outside, chairs set up, grill rolled in, and it is always packed... and she gets to the market early early to get the best, freshest fish! If I ever go back to Bangkok, it will be for that fish!
